PCB is the fundamental force that connects the upper and lower parts of the electronic industry chain. PCB, also known as printed circuit board, uses insulating materials on the board to isolate the copper foil conductive layer on the surface, replacing complex wiring and achieving electrical connection and insulation between various components. It is the carrier of electrical connection for electronic components. Due to the good product consistency of PCB, it can adopt standardized design, which is conducive to mechanization and automation in the production process. At the same time, the printed circuit board that has been assembled and debugged as a whole can be used as an independent spare part, facilitating the exchange and maintenance of the entire product.

Widely used in various electronic products, including communication, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control, medical, semiconductor packaging and other fields. PCB materials mainly consist of two parts: PP semi-solid chips and Core core boards, along with circuits and components, to form a circuit board. PP semi-solid sheet is composed of semi-solid resin material and glass fiber, which are combined together to mainly play the role of filling. It is the adhesive material and insulation material for the inner conductive pattern of multi-layer printed boards. Core board is composed of copper foil, solid resin material, and glass fiber, generally made by pressing PP and copper foil. The copper foil layer is pressed onto the substrate during production using heat and adhesive. Copper layer is measured by weight, usually expressed as the weight of one square foot of copper evenly covered (in ounces). There are also solder mask layers on top of the copper layer and silk screen layers on top of the solder mask layer.
